Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Job Summary:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes assigning financial projects and activities to workers, directing staff, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Monitor financial control systems and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization and recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
Work Environment:

The Financial Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
