Job Title: Chef, Ethnic Foods

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Patidar Foods. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will be working in a team to prepare and serve a variety of dishes to our customers.
