About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Patidar Foods. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including ethnic cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen has the resources needed to operate effectively.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Patidar Foods, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, but you will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Language: English
