Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ONTARIO INC. as a Customer Service Expert.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, requiring the ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, processing money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments;
- Process customer transactions with speed and professionalism;
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment;
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service;
- Provide detailed product information and make recommendations to customers;
- Participate in promotional activities and contribute to meeting sales targets;
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives;
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail sales or a related field;
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods;
- Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
