Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MacEwen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in promotional activities and maintain awareness of store promotions and events.
- Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol or tobacco products.
- Monitor all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.
