Food Service Manager

G-R3volution Enterprises is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
