We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Tech Quest Solutions Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
