Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GJLC2 FOOD SERVICES INC. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our food service staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies: Estimate the quantity of food and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Tray and Trolley Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place at the right time.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our food service staff, ensuring that we meet our high standards.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
