Job Title: Customer Service Agent in Disputes

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in Disputes. As a key member of our fraud prevention and detection team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer disputes and ensuring the integrity of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and investigate customer complaints to identify the root cause of the issue
  • Provide detailed assistance to customers in the dispute process, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and partners to resolve complex disputes and prevent fraud
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, internal colleagues, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, consulting services, or a related field
  • Ability to support clients and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
