Job Responsibilities- Chef Management: Supervise a team of cooks to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and organization of the kitchen, including inventory management and equipment upkeep.
- Education: No degree required, but relevant training or certification in culinary arts is an asset.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role.
- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high-quality results.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and maintain a high level of physical activity throughout the shift.
- Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
