Financial Administrator Role for a Leading Firm

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Prime Max Group Ltd. in a permanent position.
Job Description:
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining financial records, and establishing, maintaining and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. You will also maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, and prepare tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
You must have education equivalent to College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and experience equivalent to 7 months to less than 1 year. Additionally, you must have relevant skills and qualifications for this role.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
