Job Description

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to develop a loyal client base by providing expert mortgage advice and financial solutions. Your proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships will be essential in driving personal sales results and collaborating with RBC partners to anchor external business.

You'll take the initiative to provide personalized advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences. With a strong network in your community, you'll cultivate new business opportunities and increase revenue through referrals and word-of-mouth.

  • Developing Local Business Opportunities: Cultivate relationships with community members and centers of influence to drive new business and growth.
  • Building Client Relationships: Provide exceptional mortgage advice and financial solutions to build a loyal client base.
  • Driving Sales Results: Collaborate with RBC partners to anchor external business and drive personal sales results.
  • Providing Expert Advice: Take the initiative to provide personalized advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales success: Ideally in financial services or real estate.
  • Solid network in your community: Resulting in referrals, new clients, and increased business.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships: Essential for driving personal sales results and collaborating with RBC partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products: A must-have for providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills: Necessary for building strong relationships and driving sales results.
