We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Manav Electrical Services Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
- Record Management
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees
- Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Youths
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
- Work 32 hours per week.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
