About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Manav Electrical Services Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
  • Support for Youths
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
    • Work 32 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
