About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager to join our team at Top Consulting Group Inc. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
    • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage sales budgets and forecasts
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics
