Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Token Studio Inc. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Project Planning and Estimation: Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and develop project plans to meet deadlines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Production Coordination: Oversee all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Subcontracting and Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Design and Creative Direction: Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication, and establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers.
- Design Development: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements to meet project requirements.
- Work Environment: Work a regular 30-40 hour week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
