At Quadra Wood Products Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Woodworking Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting other processing workers in the operation of various woodworking machines and equipment. Your tasks will include sorting, piling, and transporting wood products, as well as removing scrap lumber and wood chips for reprocessing. You will also be responsible for cleaning machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist other processing workers in the operation of various woodworking machines and equipment
* Sort, pile, and transport wood products
* Remove scrap lumber and wood chips for reprocessing
* Clean machines and immediate work areas

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience an asset
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
