Position Overview

As a Woodworking Equipment Operator at SD Furniture & Kitchen Cabinets Inc., you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality wooden products. Your expertise in operating various woodworking machinery will contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and Operation: Configure, program, and manage one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Fabrication and Repair: Create or mend wooden components for furniture, fixtures, and other wood-based items.
  • Gluing Processes: Operate gluing machines to bond wood pieces or apply wood veneer to surfaces effectively.
  • Special Purpose Machinery: Utilize preset specialized woodworking machines to manufacture wood products.
  • Specifications Interpretation: Read and understand technical specifications or follow verbal instructions to meet production standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
