Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team at SD Furniture & Kitchen Cabinets Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computerized or manual woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure accurate production
  • Operate gluing machines to assemble wood pieces or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces
  • Operate preset special purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
