About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team at The Bucket Shop Inc. As an Industrial Mechanic and Millwright, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and Install Mechanical Equipment: Assemble and install mechanical equipment, including stationary industrial machinery, and ensure that all equipment is properly installed and functioning.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment, and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Operate heavy equipment, including hoisting and lifting equipment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated.
  • Commission Systems and Components: Commission systems and components, including conveyor systems, and ensure that all systems are properly installed and functioning.
  • Feed Conveyors and Other Equipment: Feed conveyors, crushers, and other equipment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification: Must have Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification and Red Seal Endorsement.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: Must have First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate: Must have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Must have a valid driver's licence.
