We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at J & A Crane Service LTD. As a crane specialist, you will be responsible for operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials with precision and accuracy.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, including mobile and tower cranes. You will work on various projects, including construction sites, and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will also be responsible for calculating crane capacities, measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials
  • Calculate crane capacities and measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
  • Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure smooth operation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, including mobile and tower cranes
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work on construction sites and in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
