Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Shift Lead. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field; Secondary (high) school graduation certificate accepted if accompanied by relevant experience;
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods;
- $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience;
