We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food restaurant during your shift, supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are aware of and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date records of our restaurant's operations.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, including sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant reports.
