Your Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Operations to join our Operations Consulting team. As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including strategy formulation, business planning, and process improvement. You'll collaborate with senior consultants to execute deliverables and communicate findings to client personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services in various areas, including strategy formulation, business planning, and process improvement.
  • Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements.
  • Plan, manage, and execute work in conjunction with a variety of engagements.
  • Communicate findings to client personnel and develop effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Operations who possesses a strong understanding of operational excellence approaches, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and theory of constraints. You'll have a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services and a deep knowledge of the consulting process. You'll be comfortable working on site in manufacturing operations and have a demonstrated understanding of the importance of effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Completed a post-secondary degree program (Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering would be considered an asset).
  • 10-15 years of direct experience with Operational Improvement.
  • Experience working with mid-market clients, specifically in the manufacturing space.
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving.
  • Developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
