Your OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Operations to join our Operations Consulting team. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Operations who possesses a strong understanding of operational excellence approaches, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and theory of constraints. You'll have a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services and a deep knowledge of the consulting process. You'll be comfortable working on site in manufacturing operations and have a demonstrated understanding of the importance of effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements- Completed a post-secondary degree program (Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering would be considered an asset).
- 10-15 years of direct experience with Operational Improvement.
- Experience working with mid-market clients, specifically in the manufacturing space.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving.
- Developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
