A leading Canadian law firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing settlements, preparing documents, and corresponding with clients and insurance companies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective settlement strategies
  • Prepare and review documents, including court filings and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to ensure seamless case management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve practice goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
