Personal Injury Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join our growing practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing settlements, preparing documents, and corresponding with clients and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for resolving personal injury claims
  • Prepare and present cases in court, as needed
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather information and negotiate settlements
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
