Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Financial Planning Solutions Consultant to support our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our Family Office Services group, you will work closely with various departments to provide expert financial advice and planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning Tools Support - Assist clients using corporate-approved financial tools to address queries, identify hidden assets, retain business, and generate referrals.
  • Quality Assurance - Conduct thorough testing of updated or new tools developed internally or acquired from external vendors.
  • Coaching and Training - Provide ongoing coaching to users directly or refer them to job aids and resources.
  • Documentation and Communication - Create and update job aids, user guides, and other materials; ensure that financial advice and planning tools are updated regularly.
  • Training and Development - Collaborate with Learning Services groups to develop and update training programs and supporting materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Finance or Wealth Management.
  • Certifications such as CFP, IQPF, QAFP, F.PI., CLU, RRC, or PFP.
  • Knowledge of financial planning software, particularly Conquest.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial planning/wealth management industry.
  • Expertise in Canadian taxation and pension legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to analyze data.
  • Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience)
