We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist - Creative Lead to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. This role is responsible for leading the creative development of content marketing campaigns, working closely with key stakeholders from across the organization.

Role Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist - Creative Lead will be responsible for creating and executing compelling, high-quality content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This includes developing messaging strategies that align with brand voice and business goals, as well as mentoring and providing feedback to copywriters to raise the bar for creative quality across the team.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality copy across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful marketing content, with 8+ years of experience in creative concepts and strategies or a related role. A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees or certifications in writing or copywriting being a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative development of content marketing campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders from across the organization to conceptualize and develop innovative messaging strategies for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Messaging Strategy: Develop and execute messaging strategies that are data-informed and audience-focused, driving engagement and supporting business objectives.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure that the brand's voice is maintained and enhanced across all channels, establishing consistency in tone, messaging, and style.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all copywriting initiatives are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

$114,000 - $144,000 per year, based on location and experience. We require our teammates to have the ability to adhere to a hybrid work model that requires your presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week.
