We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Content Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid). This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Enablement Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing impactful content to activate buyers and empower sellers. You will conduct needs assessments to identify and understand the specific sales enablement requirements of sellers, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies and performance goals.

  • Craft and implement Sales Plays that support our revenue objectives, including the creation of Sales Playbooks;
  • Develop Sales Training content that equips sellers with the skills and knowledge to effectively communicate the value of SOTI solutions;
  • Establish and maintain continuous feedback loops with sellers and stakeholders to refine sales enablement initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in meeting evolving sales needs;

You will work closely with Marketing and Product Management to acquire source material and adhere to SOTI standards. To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist in the B2B space, an understanding of buyer journey concepts, experience in the application of multimedia to Sales Enablement content, and experience in the use and optimization of Sales Enablement platforms.
