We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Truck and Coach Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Road test motor vehicles to ensure safe operation
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. The work environment will be physically demanding and require the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
