Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at Maxim Truck and Trailer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
  • Discuss work with supervisor to ensure effective task completion.
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Road test motor vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service to prevent equipment failure.
  • Test and adjust units to specifications.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
