Job Description:

This role is responsible for establishing relationships with business stakeholders, technology partners, and other functions to understand and document current state processes and end-to-end data flows.

The successful candidate will apply strategic and critical thinking to recommend interim and target operating models, chair meetings to socialize recommendations with stakeholder groups, and obtain buy-in.

The position requires collaboration with the Technology team to define digital solutions that support recommended operating model, leading business testing activities for new features, and preparing release reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree in a business or technical field, 5+ years of experience in financial services and risk management, and experience contributing to the implementation of new risk management solution(s).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills are required.
