  • Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Perform data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
