Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alpha 1 Cabinets Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and preparing reports.
- Manage office procedures and routines, including maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school graduation certificate.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language.
