Occupational Therapist

The Prairie Mountain Health organization is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in the care and rehabilitation of our patients, providing them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to implement treatment plans and provide education and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote independence, mobility, and functional ability in patients.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba.
- Experience working with patients with diverse needs and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
