About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Jacob's Noodle & Cutlet. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary goals.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, from food preparation to presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
