Job Title: Assortment Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Assortment Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team at RONA Inc. As an Assortment Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting merchandisers in their category reviews, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with merchandisers to understand category needs and objectives
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize assortment and improve sales
  • Prepare reports and presentations to inform merchandisers and management
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions on assortment strategy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Clear communication and effective presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
