About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to support our merchandisers in their category reviews. As an Assortment Planning Analyst, you will collaborate closely with merchandisers to analyze category performance, identify challenges, and seize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance to identify assortment improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with merchandisers to understand the needs and objectives of each category
  • Prepare reports and presentations to inform merchandisers and management
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions on assortment strategy
  • Develop expertise in assigned areas of the assortment planning process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Clear communication and effective presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
