About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Staysure Homecare Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including laundry, cleaning, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
