About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Trainee - Sales and Operations to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
