Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads while fostering existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license, with a clean driving record
