We are seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join our team at Miles HR. As a Labour Relations Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that employees are supported in a manner that is consistent with our organization's values and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement labour relations strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on labour relations matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve labour-related issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in labour relations, preferably in a government-regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
