Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PK Paris Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles to a high standard.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations are running on time and to a high standard.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that our kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
