Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Paris Beer Co. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports to management.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to estimate ingredient and supply requirements.
