Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
  • Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
