Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Ocean Equities Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs, ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and tenants to ensure that facilities needs are met.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel.
