Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Roys Indian Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain negotiations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, monitor staff performance, and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
