We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Guelph Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and transparent quotes and work orders for repairs
- Collaborate with technicians to determine the best course of action for repairs and maintenance
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts and scheduling of appointments
- Advise customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings

Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Dealership advisor experience an asset
- Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
- Familiarity with the warranty function in a dealership environment is helpful
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required
