Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Assured Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of our WOW plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One schedule.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
  • Prepare RO work packets consisting of QC checklists, work orders, and parts lists.
  • Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes.
  • Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
  • Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in the ARMS system are also noted in CCC One.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant.
  • Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
