Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences at Assured Automotive. This role involves managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of our customer satisfaction plan.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system and proper scripting.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
  • Prepare repair order work packets consisting of quality control checklists, work orders, parts lists, and windshield tags to record rental information.
  • Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using our repair management system.
  • Confirm car rental information and update our repair management system with rental car usage information.
  • Manage our automated rental management system throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in the system are also noted in our repair management system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant.
  • Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills with a strong sales drive and exceptional customer service.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
