Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team at Ispat Machining. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost savings.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
